Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from Sparq Enterprise. By placing an order, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by then terms set out below.

1. About Sparq Enterprise
Sparq Enterprise is an electronics importer and retailer operating under Sparq Holdings,
based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. We supply consumer electronics, audio
products, charging accessories, and related goods to customers throughout South Africa via our online store at sparq.co.za.
2. Eligibility
• You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.
• By accepting these Terms, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate,
current, and complete.
• Sparq Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our
discretion.
3. Products & Pricing
• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and
may be subject to change without notice.

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where
applicable.
• Sparq Enterprise reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders
placed at an incorrect price.
• Product availability is subject to stock on hand. In the event a product becomes
unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
4. Orders & Payment
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Accepted payment methods include those displayed at checkout on sparq.co.za.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund
will be issued.
• Order confirmation emails are generated automatically and do not constitute a
binding contract until the order is processed and dispatched.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on sparq.co.za, including but not limited to logos, product images, text, and
design, is the property of Sparq Holdings or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Sparq Enterprise shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or
services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in
question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the
Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and
Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
the South African courts.
8. Changes to Terms
Sparq Enterprise reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this document periodically.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We do not sell or share
your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfil your order.
