How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use this number
with the relevant courier's website to monitor your delivery.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at jarred@sparq.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Please review
our Returns & Cancellation Policy before reaching out.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Order changes may be possible before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible at
jarred@sparq.co.za. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods listed at checkout on sparq.co.za. All payments are
processed securely.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes. For volume orders or business enquiries, please reach out directly to
