Returns & Cancellation Policy

Sparq Enterprise is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our returns and
cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date, in accordance with
the Consumer Protection Act.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, in original packaging, with
all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.
• Products that show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering will not qualify
for a return or refund.
• Software, digital downloads, and unsealed audio products are not eligible for return
once opened.
2. Return Shipping — Buyer Responsibility
Shipping costs for all returns are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Sparq Enterprise does
not cover return shipping fees under any circumstances, unless the return is a direct result of
our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
• The buyer must arrange and pay for a reliable courier service to return the item.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Sparq Enterprise is not
liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
• Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
3. Return Process
Step 1 — Request a Return
Contact us at jarred@sparq.co.za with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address.
Step 2 — Package & Ship
Securely package the item and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship the item to the address provided at the buyer's cost using a trackable courier.
Step 3 — Inspection
Once received, all returned items will be thoroughly inspected to verify condition,
completeness, and eligibility. This process may take up to 5 business days.
Step 4 — Refund or Rejection
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within
5-7 business days. If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be returned to the
buyer at their expense.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
at jarred@sparq.co.za with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or
refund at no additional cost to you, subject to inspection and stock availability.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be
directed to the manufacturer as per the product documentation. Sparq Enterprise will assist where possible in facilitating warranty claims.
6. Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no cost. Please contact us immediately
at jarred@sparq.co.za to request a cancellation.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return
upon receipt, subject to this Returns Policy.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of
confirmation.
Note: These policies are consistent with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have.
