Sparq Enterprise ships to all major destinations across South Africa. We are committed to
getting your order to you quickly and safely.

1. Shipping Rates
Service Rate Standard Shipping (2–5 Working Days) R100.00 (flat fee)
Remote Area Surcharge May apply — quoted at checkout

2. Delivery Timeframes
• Standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to
courier operations, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next
business day.
3. Dispatch & Tracking
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to
monitor your delivery.
• Sparq Enterprise partners with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely
delivery.
4. Delivery Address
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of
purchase. Sparq Enterprise is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or
incomplete addresses.
• Deliveries are made to physical addresses only. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a collection notice.
Any redelivery fees charged by the courier will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers to the
customer upon receipt of full payment.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact uswithin 48 hours at jarred@sparq.co.za. Retain all original packaging as it may be required for a courier claim.
