If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
All accessories and documentation must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation
Items with physical damage caused after delivery
Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Defective Products
If your product is faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.We may request photos or a short video to assess the issue.
If the fault is confirmed, we will offer:
a replacement, or
a repair, or
a refund (if a replacement is not available)
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6-Month Warranty
All products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Hardware faults under normal use
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage
Water damage (unless stated otherwise)
Wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorised repairs
Warranty claims may require the product to be returned for inspection.
